Gluurhuis

Another set i built for Het Filiaal. The director loves ingenious technical things and asked me to design something for them again, after the succesfull Oceaanvlucht. In close collaboration with Heleen Verburg, who wrote the dialogues, this performance grew and grew until we had this machine with compressed air tricks, dripping water, jumping aspirines (John's addition), a big wheel and a seesaw like thing.
Gabe Tarjan composed and performed the music and songs again. Premiere was in 2003 and it travelled in the Netherlands and Belgium. Most recent performance was in 2005 in Utrecht, in combination with educational workshops for kids. Together with the Odd Enjinears I made a chainreaction which was used on location in Utrecht for a couple of weeks and the childrene were tought how to invent one themselves.
